"Come what may, and love it!......Yet in spite of discouragement and adversity, those who are happiest seem to have a way of learning from difficult times, becoming stronger, wiser, and happier as a result." ~ Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin

Brace yourself,

Rules to follow
-Hide the brace when not in use.
-Don't take the brace off before breakfast.
-Don't take it off near bed time.

He doesn't like it off but he really doesn't like it off during those times.
It's been about 6 weeks since the cast was removed. He should already not be wearing the brace during the day but his shoulder is still tight and he won't bring his arm down.
Today we kept it off for a good while.
He cried and whined for the first few hours and then he figured I wasn't going to give in (which was hard)
He started out doing a weird little scoot thing on his bottom first.
Then he was using his arm more to play.
Then he started standing (holding his right arm with his left)
and than finally started walking around (still holding the arm)
I think I'm too much of a push over but I'm getting to the point that I know If I don't do it now it will be worse later.

This is what you get when there's a dad that needs to shave, you're short on time, you have a crying baby, a dad that loves, and a wife/mom that likes to take pictures.

I know...cute!

P.S. I love my husband.
P.S.S. I don't edit pictures. That's not my thing.

Oh it's so hard to not give in to everything. I'm not talking about the latest toys, but when you know they don't feel well. I understand more than you'll ever know! Hang in there, you are an amazing mom!!
