"Come what may, and love it!......Yet in spite of discouragement and adversity, those who are happiest seem to have a way of learning from difficult times, becoming stronger, wiser, and happier as a result." ~ Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin

Death and Life.

My grandfather passed away last night around 10 pm.
It didn't make me sad to hear the news this morning only because I know he is not suffering anymore.

Also, I found out today that I am having a GIRL.
I have to admit I would have been fine with a boy but I am ecstatic about having a girl.
She measured a little small so it's possible they will change my due date from August 4th to August 22nd.

sorry about your grandfather. at least he is reunited with family and no longer suffering.
and I would say "hurray" to girls...but we all know my feelings on that. don't get me wrong, love my baby girl to pieces but get ready for DRAMA!

I am so glad for your grandpa too. I hate the thought of getting old. It must be the worst thing ever. But now he can be with his loved ones and get to work doing the work!

And Congrats on the girl! They are really so much fun. But yes like Jack Attack said.... oh the DRAMA. Have fun buying or making cute little pink clothes.

Also got the soap and thanks. You gave me way more than you should have. It has been great. It isn't as moisturizing as the goats milk soap but it definitely helps with the rash more... so I have been alternating.

And the smell reminds of my childhood days when my mom would rub Melleluca (sp?) oil on everything.

Sorry about your grandpa. Losing someone is always tough, even if they're in a better place. I'm excited for you guys to have a girl!

I'm sorry about your grandpa. We are going through a tough time with my grandpa right now, he is home on hospice. but like you, I am hoping it will be quick because the thoughts of him suffering kills me.

Anyway, CONGRATS on your baby girl!!
It is way too much fun having a girl :)
