4 Naps, 3 nights, and 72 hours
It's a miracle! Tuesday morning I woke up and decided we had to do some changing around here. I'm only about 7 weeks away from the arrival of the new baby and Noah just isn't ready. So, I decided Tuesday was the day to get rid of his "mimi" (AKA paci). I cut the tip off and told him it was broken. He tried it several times, throwing it to the ground between each attempt. After crying for an hour he was finally tired enough to go to sleep without it. That was the last time he saw it. I can tell he wants it sometimes but he's doing pretty good. My little boy is growing up. He even sleeps part of the night in his toddler bed. I'm trading a little snuggling time for the loss of the mimi. This baby will be here before I know it.

I'm a proud sista'!!! Really though, it can be tough to get rid of the "comfort" item. Especially when it means you might have to sacrifice something else. & I can't believe you only have 7 weeksleft, that is just craziness!!! Sounds like you guys had a good Thanksgiving. Love ya'
That is good that he is going to do that, we're excited for ya big fella'
hopefully Noah does it with him, J/K Heath. Congrats On the graduation from me-me land Noah:)
Love ya.
Ohh the joy! I am going to get rid of Raylies bink in Jan. After our Christmas time in Las Vegas. Not looking forward to it. Hopefully she does as good as Logan did!
7 weeks?! Thats close! Can't wait to see pictures!
hi friend! so i finally rmembered to look up your blog from the email you sent out FOREVER ago! lol i know i am a little slow! it looks like you guys are doing good! we miss you here! give noah loves for us! talk to you soon!
That is such a good idea about cutting it and telling him it is broken. GENIUS!!! I am lucky, the only one totally attached to a binky was Glory and my friend broke her of it. We went out of town and my friend watched the kids. When we came back, no more pacifier!! Congratulations!! Next step--potty trainin. (ugh!) Let me know if you have any genius ideas for that milestone. I am so not looking forward to that one.:0)
